When a customer transfers from one location to another, we review his or her Randolph EMC payment records for the previous 12 months. Based on this review, it is sometimes necessary for us to request that our customers re-establish credit by paying an appropriate security deposit or by obtaining an acceptable guarantor.

  • If a security deposit is required, we will contact you by email and provide additional instructions.
  • If a security deposit is required, it will need to be satisfied prior to the electric service being transferred.

Our service personnel are available Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow at least 3 business days from the day of submission to complete your order.
