Amid the rapidly evolving COVID-19 virus, Randolph EMC is constantly monitoring state and federal agencies, and is working to maintain the highest level of safety and service that you’ve come to expect. We want to remind you that we are here for you and your families throughout this uncertain time.
As part of our response plan, late fees and non-pay disconnections have been suspended for both traditional and FlexPay (prepaid) accounts as we work through this crisis. We are committed to helping you keep your costs manageable. If you anticipate having trouble paying your bill, we encourage you to contact us so that we can work with you to develop a payment plan and share tips to help you reduce your energy use.
The cooperative has restricted walk-in traffic at our offices in Asheboro and Robbins, however, Member Service Specialists will be available via phone during business hours to assist with applying for service, payment extensions or any other requests or needs. Rest assured that outage response and other functions of our operations will continue to operate as usual.
We are following announcements from state and federal agencies regarding the COVID-19 virus and will maintain the highest level of safety and service that you’ve come to expect. Please continue to follow RandolphEMC.com, Facebook and Twitter for updates. We appreciate your cooperation and patience!
