To Report a Power Outage, Please Call
If you are calling from a phone number that we have on file, our outage management system will automatically recognize your location and log your outage. If you are calling from a number that our system does not recognize, you will be asked to leave a message containing your location address. A representative may call you back to confirm your information.
Our outage management system will recognize multiple numbers associated with your account. Make sure all of your contact numbers are current and listed under your account to receive the quickest service. Please call your local office to update your contact information or you may update your contact information directly after signing into your account on our Online Member Service Portal.
