If you are moving to a new location outside of Randolph EMC’s territory, complete the form below. We have enjoyed having you as a member of REMC, and would like to remind you that as a member of the cooperative, you have been allocated capital credits during your tenure as a member-owner. On the following form, you will be asked to provide a forwarding address to receive your final bill. 

In addition, you may be included future capital credit retirements from the cooperative. Please keep us informed of future address changes, so that we will be able to send capital credits checks that are due to you.
